Wholesale rules


  • Delivery & shipping

Production time takes approximately 7 to 10 working days after the order is placed. Shipping expenses are added to the final price and charged to customers who can choose the shipping method of their preference. The estimated delivery time varies from 3 to 7 working days (under normal market conditions) depending on workload.


  • Return and refund

Each product comes with a serial number. Throughout the crafting and packaging processes items are checked for faults and are shipped after their quality and durability is confirmed. It is highly recommended that customers check the items’ condition the moment they receive them. In case of faulty items we should be notified within 2 days after the items’ delivery date. Photographs of the items in question should be sent to our e-mail address. We fix and return faulty items free of charge.  Beyond the timeframe of 2 days faulty items are not accepted. Faulty items are replaced immediately (if in stock) or within 5 working days.

Customers are liable for faults caused by improper use or unsuitable storage.

If customers wish to mend worn or overused items, we assess the items’ condition. Following that, technical interventions are suggested and a cost estimate is given to the customers. It is highly recommended that photographs of the items are firstly sent to our e-mail address for time-saving reasons.

We bear the cost of shipping expenses for items that are found faulty upon delivery. In cases of faults caused by improper use or unsuitable storage as well as in cases of mending worn items, shipping expenses are covered by customers.

The purchased items must be paid the moment the order is placed.
